Return & Refund Policy

Goods sold on this website are supplied in good faith. 

 

*We strongly advise our customers to check and verify product(s) upon delivery. If you discover that goods are damaged,  or you are not completely satisfied with the goods, you must return to our carrier immediately. The goods must be in original condition in original shipping packaging as received. 

 

If the goods has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. TC Farm will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.  We reserve the right to reject any return if deemed unfit or unreasonable.

 

For IPAY88 payment gateway, If  your return is approved after inspection, we will initiate a refund to your bank (original method of payment). You will receive the refund within 14 days or depending on your card issuer's policies. We will notify the refund via email.
